Let's talk about your project.
Book a free 30 minutes. I ask about what's broken, what you've tried, and what success looks like. If I can help, you'll have a written summary and rough scope inside 48 hours. If I can't, I'll say so.

What to expect
How a typical engagement starts.
Three short steps from first message to a real read on whether we should work together.
- 01
Tell me what you're working on.
Don't worry about polish — bullet points, a Loom, or a paragraph. The clearer the picture of what's broken or missing, the more useful the call.
- 02
A free 30-minute call.
I ask about the problem, what you've tried, who's affected, and what success looks like. No deck, no pitch.
- 03
A written summary in 48 hours.
If I think I can help, you get a written read of the scope, what I'd build first, what I'd defer, and a rough budget. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so and try to point you somewhere useful.
Before the call
What's helpful to bring.
None of this is required — but if you have it handy, the call goes further.
- 01 A short description of the problem (no jargon required).
- 02 How your team works around it today — the manual workaround.
- 03 What success looks like — saved hours, revenue, fewer mistakes.
- 04 Constraints worth knowing: deadlines, existing systems, team size, budget range.
