Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Roga Digital, a sole proprietorship based in British Columbia, Canada. By using the site you accept these terms. Individual products or client engagements may be covered by their own agreements, which take precedence where they apply.

Use of the site

You may browse the site and use the support form for its intended purpose. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or submit unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content through its forms.

Consultation bookings

Free introductory calls are offered solely to prospective clients — individuals and businesses evaluating whether to engage Roga Digital's services. Booking a call constitutes acceptance of these terms.

The booking calendar may not be used to market, pitch, or sell products or services to Roga Digital. Calls booked for that purpose are billed as consulting at USD $120 per hour, with a one-hour minimum, and an invoice will be issued to the contact information provided at booking.

Invoices are payable within 30 days. Overdue balances accrue interest at 2% per month (26.82% per annum). Accounts more than six months past due may be referred to a collection agency, and collection costs may be added to the balance where permitted by law.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, design, code samples, and imagery — belongs to Roga Digital unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or reproduce it without prior written permission from Roga Digital. Client work shown remains the property of the respective clients where their agreements say so.

No warranties

This site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Information on the site is general in nature and is not professional advice for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roga Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the site — which, for a free website, is nil.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, always lives at this page.
